Overview of Promotion
This Promotion webpage explains the collaboration of Destiny’s Skincare Blog and Simply SKINN's social media contest. Destiny’s Skincare Blog is promoting the brands products because they are new to the market. This promotional collaboration is for all the skincare fanatics out there. To participate in the contest, all you have to do is post a photo on Instagram of you using the brand’s products with the hashtag #destinysblog&simplyskinncollab. There will be THREE winners of the contest selected at random. The first winner receives an $800 Sophora gift card, the second winner receives a $400 Ulta gift card and the third winner receives a free $200 mystery gift from Simply SKINN.
The success of this promotional contest will be analyzed by the number of posts with the hashtag, sales increase and the number of followers on the brand social media accounts.

I created a basic website design that informs the audience about the collaborative social media contest. I also decided to show an example of what the audience would be posting on Instagram.

Overview of Logo
A created this simple logo to represent the fictitious brand in my promotional collaboration. I used the brand name to be the main focus of the logo and decided to add two N's in "skin" and capitalize all the characters to make it unique while still feeling fresh. I added the leaf to stay with the clean and fresh identity of the brand and also to add a more distinct element to the logo.
Overview of Colors
I picked these colors to be the main colors in my logo. Blue is the main color in the logo to show simplicity in the brands products and blue can be very relaxing, as well. The green colors for the leaf complements the blues very well and gives the audience a natural perception of the brand or products.

Overview of Fonts
I chose this serif font because it is simple and professional. I wanted a font for the logo that showed professionalism and simple luxury to carry the identity of the brand.

Source of Inspiration
6 sources of inspiration.
This photo inspired my development of the promotional webpage because it is simple and gets to the point. I like the color and the winter theme with the snowflake background.
This photo is simple, as well. It does not give a lot of detail about the giveaway, but I liked the color scheme and it made me consider adding a pattern to my webpage.
The colors on this webpage inspired my color scheme for the promotion. The blues and pinks are relaxing and other elements like the plants in the image gives the page a natural or nature relation.
I loved the color theme and the excitement of that the design creates. This photo is like a draft or mockup of a webpage or flyer.
This photo has tons of information and I wanted to give all the detail on my webpage as well. I also would have liked to add faces to my webpage.
Like the last few images, this page also has an organic identity through the colors and visuals. The pink flower like my leaf in the logo shows softness and purity.
